Our colors are NOT paint and they are NOT wraps so they WILL NOT chip off or peal like those finishes do.

Our shafts ARE anodized. The colors are actually burned into and part of the base metal. YES! Part of the metal. So they are one with the shaft and every patterned shaft is unique. That’s one of the reasons we say they are “Weapons of the Soul”.

What is anodizing?

Q How do I customize if I don’t see the exact color I want?

A We can laser engrave any shaft we sell and personalize and customize it with engraving. Even solid black! And ALL of our shafts are BLANK. YOU decide what you want printed on it … OR NOT!

Still not good enough? Remember that team order we mentioned? If you can get a team order together, 10 or more, we can do a custom color. It will take a little longer but not too bad! Give us 6-8 weeks. And yes … you will get a team discount.

Q I don’t know if I want anything laser engraved right now.

A No problem! We will engrave ANY of the shafts we sell at any time in the future if you just send it to us. Contact our customer liaison dfg@arclacrosse.com to arrange to have this done! We will not keep it long. We can usually get your shaft engraved and back to you within a week.

Q How do I know if I will like the engraving or if you will spell my name right?

A If you have any doubts we will email you a mockup and we will not engrave until you give us the ok.

Q Ok. So what are your shafts made of?

A In order to anodize the shafts (see above) we must begin with the best materials. The shafts must be hand polished to a mirror finish before individually anodizing. We engineered a proprietary alloy for enhanced strength-to-weight that can also hold up to the finishing process. It’s a quality shaft!

Q Do they weigh a lot?

A NO! Our attack shafts weigh 7oz and D-poles are 14oz. They have very little flex and are perfectly balanced.

Q Are you sure they are strong?

A Would we offer a one year replacement warranty if they weren’t? We have engineered internal folds into the shafts which also enhance their strength, balance, and durability. They are awesome shafts.

Q Ok … you have a one year warranty. How long have you been in business.

A We started in March 2015. We have never had to replace a short shaft and we have replaced only a few D-poles that bent (but did not break!) during play.

Q What type of grip do they have?

A We have both polished and matte finishes. Both are beautiful and feel solid in your hands.

Q Why do the multicolor shafts cost more than solids?

A Our costs are higher for multicolored anodizing. Since we are trying to offer you a range of prices to choose from, it is the best way we can keep our pricing fair and affordable for the average player. Keep in mind that some of our nicest shafts are solids with laser engraving.

Q What if I have more questions?

A Please contact our customer liaison dfg@arclacrosse.com.
